Despite only joining RaceSpot TV in April 2020 with no prior broadcasting experience, Arjuna Kankipati has quickly become a staple on RaceSpot TV both in front of the mic and behind the production desk - often at the same time. Additionally, Arjuna brings his technical skills to the RaceSpot team providing in-house solutions for various broadcasting workflows such as the RaceSpot Media Center. Despite his limited experience, Arjuna has been featured in multiple iRacing World Championship Series, the BMW SIM GT Cup, the VCO Cup of Nations - Pro and much more!

Biography

After several years of competing on the iRacing service in both Endurance & IndyCar action, Arjuna made the transition into broadcasting amidst a global lockdown in 2020. A "fun" watch party/broadcast with his Powerslide Motorsports teammates for the 2020 IndyCar iRacing Challenge piqued his interest, and opened the door to more. Amidst a crazy 2020 (which included working in the booth with commentators from NBC IndyCar, IndyCar Radio and Radio Show Limited), Arjuna became the first Asian WCS commentator on 24 hours notice jumping into the iRacing RallyCross World Championship. As a producer, Arjuna can also include multiple World Championship finales streamed live on Dirtvision, along with the VCO ProSIM series featuring the best in real and virtual motorsports.
