Originally branded as the 2010 NASCAR iRacing Drivers World Championship (NDWC), the 2010 NASCAR iRacing.com Series World Championship (NiSWC) was the inaugural season of the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series. Drivers qualified for the series through the newly created NASCAR iRacing.com Pro Series in which the top 350 drivers on iRacing based on a 70/30 weighing of skill (iRating) and safe driving (Safety Rating) competed in snake splits over a 34-race season. At the end of the Pro Series season, the top 50 drivers in points secured the first-ever World Championship Licenses. The season started at Daytona International Speedway on February 9 and concluded at Charlotte Motor Speedway on October 5. Drivers competed for a prize package of $14,275 (USD cash + iRacing credits), with $10,000 cash going to the champion.
Drivers
Each week, the top 32 World Championship license drivers based on qualifying times were guaranteed a place in the race field. In addition, any 3.0 or above Pro Series license drivers were also eligible to qualify for each race. If under 32 NiSWC drivers registered to race, the NiPS 3.0 or above drivers would be eligible to race based on qualifying times. This roster only contains Pro Series License drivers who successfully qualified for at least one race.

Schedule
The 39-week NiSWC schedule included 18 races with the NASCAR iRacing.com Series World Championship and the iRacing World Championship Grand Prix Series running on alternate weeks. The schedule closely resembled the 2010 NASCAR Cup Series schedule, including NASCAR's traditional season opener at Daytona International Speedway. Daytona was one of 3 tracks that hosted 2 race dates, including Michigan International Speedway, and Charlotte Motor Speedway. Charlotte's second date was the season finale. The standard race distance was established as 50% of the NASCAR Cup Series race distance at each respective track.
